The site. aloark.com currently offers information about ALO ARK and a waitlist for founding members. Content is provided as is; we may change the site, the planned product, pricing, and timelines at any time; descriptions of upcoming features (tiers, earned Plus, Build Teams) are plans, not promises, until the platform launches with its full Terms of Service.

The waitlist. By joining you give us your name, email, and a few details about where you are professionally, and you consent to receive your invitation plus occasional updates from ALO ARK. We also record the language you signed up in, so your invitation and updates can arrive in it, and, when you join through a member's share link, whose link brought you. Every update includes a working unsubscribe; unsubscribing never affects your place in line. We never sell your information; see the [Privacy Policy] for everything about your data and your rights (including removal from the waitlist entirely: privacy@aloark.com).

Founding-member benefits (first access, founding badge, a voice in what ALO ARK becomes) attach to the email you joined with and are not transferable or redeemable for anything else. Your own share link identifies the people you vouch for; use it person to person, never for bulk posting or spam.

Acceptable use. Don't submit false information, others' emails without their permission, or automated signups; business waitlist places require an email address on the company's own domain; don't scrape, attack, or interfere with the site.

Age. The site and waitlist are for people 16 and older.

Liability. The site and waitlist are provided as is; to the maximum extent the law permits, our liability in connection with them is limited to $100 CAD, and nothing here limits rights your local law makes non-waivable.

Governing law. Alberta and the federal laws of Canada; consumers keep their non-waivable local protections, and Québec residents keep their rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
