A registered company, one named founder
ALO ARK is the registered trade name of Alo Ark Technologies Inc., an Alberta corporation incorporated in July 2026, with its office at 3909 University Ave NW, Suite 1060, Calgary, AB T3B 6K3, Canada. The same name and address appear in our Terms and Privacy pages. Both the corporation and the trade name can be looked up in the Alberta corporate registry.

What is live, and what is not yet
aloark.com has been live since September 29, 2026, in English and French. What is open to the public now: the founding waitlist (three registers of one hundred: professionals, builders, businesses) and the free Runway Calculator, which needs no account and stores nothing. The member platform is built and opens at the member beta later this fall, founding members first.
No business is searching the directory yet; employer access is earned once there are enough members to make a search worth running, and it is not scheduled. No tier is on sale and no card is taken anywhere on the site. If anyone tells you otherwise in our name, it is not us.
What it costs today: nothing
Joining is free, and it stays free. A fully complete profile earns the Plus tier free for a set season. Paid tiers, when they go on sale, start at less than two coffees a month and add tools, never visibility. Nobody can pay to appear higher in any list, and nobody is charged before identity verification is in place and the prices are published.
Founding businesses are free during early access. When commerce opens, a business pays a subscription plus a flat fee per confirmed hire, never a percentage of salary, and exact prices are published before anyone is charged.
Things ALO ARK will never do
There are no job listings on ALO ARK and there never will be, so there is nothing to pay to apply to. Any message offering an "ALO ARK job" for a fee, a training fee, or an equipment deposit is a scam using our name.
Sign-in is by a link sent to your own inbox. When identity verification ships for paid tiers, it runs through a hosted provider inside the site, never through an email asking you to send documents.
Every message from us comes from an address ending in @aloark.com. A message from a Gmail, Outlook, or other free address claiming to be ALO ARK is not from us.
Contact moves only when you accept an introduction. Recruiter and staffing agency accounts are not admitted at all. Your availability is never sold as data.
No fabricated members, testimonials, or counts anywhere on the site. The figures on the landing page are sourced and dated where they appear.
How to verify any of this
Search "Alo Ark Technologies Inc." or the trade name "ALO ARK" in the Alberta corporate registry, available through any Alberta registry agent.

Write to hello@aloark.com. You will get an answer from the founder, not a ticket number. If you received a message in our name that you are unsure about, forward it to the same address and we will tell you whether it was ours.
